Why Hire a Program Coordinator?
Directors already juggle so much: teaching, managing, communicating, and inspiring. And the "decision fatigue" is real. A program coordinator takes the weight of “big picture” logistics and design off your shoulders, freeing you to do what you do best: teach. With a dedicated coordinator, your program runs more smoothly, your staff feels more supported, and your students benefit from a clear, consistent, and rewarding season. As a designer and band director, Jeremy brings a perspective that places weight on both the educational and artistic outcomes of the marching band season. |
"Lite" Program Coordination
Many groups are looking to "take the next step" as a program, but may not be ready for the fully customized, "from scratch" design process. Or maybe your group is simply looking for a cohesive, effective show while minimizing stress in the Fall. These groups may not need the extensive services described above, but could still benefit from some degree of support and customization. A great option in this case can be re-theming an existing show ("stock" or previously custom). This can include adjusting music to fit the specific needs of your program, choosing props or uniforms that give the show an aesthetic that is unique to your school. Jeremy can help customize existing music books to fit your ensemble and develop a unique visual design that gives a premium feel to the show, without producing with a fully custom show from scratch.
